Austin focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. He helps clients enforce and defend their valuable IP rights against infringement.
Austin earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering before pursuing his J.D. While in law school, he gained experience as a Summer Associate at Michael Best. Austin also served as a legal intern for a well-known chemical manufacturer where he helped implement a contract lifecycle management system, analyzed risk clauses, and revised standard contracts.
