Michael Best is pleased to present our 21st Annual Labor and Employment Relations Law Seminar. This year, for the convenience of our clients and friends, we have decided to offer this very important seminar in three locations throughout Wisconsin. Each seminar, to be held in Madison, Appleton and Milwaukee, will be a half day and will still offer a variety of workshops from which to choose.
The world of labor, employment and employee benefits law is entering a period of rapid transformation. Workforce demographics continue to shift. President Obama’s administration has an ambitious agenda for labor and employment law reform. The economic crisis is impacting many businesses, forcing difficult decisions that impact company profitability and survival. The choices made by organizations in this area will be critical in the coming months.
Michael Best has a long tradition of counseling clients to prepare for and take advantage of the opportunities presented by these challenging times. Throughout the years, our attorneys have developed close partnerships with clients, focusing on litigation prevention and the achievement of strategic objectives through human resources counseling, planning and training. We look forward to the continuation of these partnerships in the years to come.
